### What we collect
- Applications: name, e-mail, phone, date of birth, city, education or employment details, your message and any document you attach.
- Contact form: name, e-mail, phone, company and your message.
- Assistant: the questions you type. They are used only to answer you and are not linked to your identity.
- Statistics: an anonymous visitor count without cookies. Google Analytics is used only if you accept cookies.

### Why we use it
To process your application or enquiry, contact you about the program you chose, and — only if you agree — send you news about programs and events. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before enrolment.

### How long we keep it
Applications and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or as long as required by law for enrolled students. Attached documents are deleted when they are no longer needed for admission.

### Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia. Write to info@heidelberg.edu.mk.

### Security
Data is stored on our server in a protected folder that is not accessible from the internet, and is visible only to authorised admissions staff.
